RecommendedI had Global Property Inspectors come out to a house I had an offer on this week and Im sure glad I did. So many problems with the house, the roof had holes and missing shingles, the foundation was not good at all, and there was sewer back up in the basement.. I am buying a house site unseen. Im in Nova Scotia and Moving back to Saskatchewan.. but the good news is I found a great place.. I would have gotten a money pit if it wasnt for Greg's honesty.
