Used GPI for the inspection of our home, based off of the recommendation from our Century 21 realtor. Highly do not recommend their service. Greg was nice and friendly. Just did a very insufficient inspection on our house. Costing us time and money to fix issues after the fact, that should have been found on the inspection. Highly recommend finding a different inspector for your house.
