I have had several retina issues in my life including a tear. I have seen several retinal Dr's for routine checks and maintenance. This is the best Dr in equipment quality, thorough checks, follow ups, and most of all a great group of people. They have been beyond kind and helpful through my procedures, advice, and support every time I need to come in. I would recommend to anyone I know with any questionable eye and retinal issues. I am so glad I found this office.
Dr. Ross & staff are absolutely amazing and very professional! This review is a long time coming! I am very lucky to have been referred to the office by my optometrist. Last March, I went in for a routine eye exam and had my eyes dilated. During my routine eye exam, my optometrist found that I had one lattice degeneration or a tear in my right eye. My experience at Dr. Ross’s office was very informing. First, the staff and Dr. Ross were great. They conducted themselves in very professional manner primarily taking care of my medical needs involving my eyes. I have never had an eye exam so thorough before at first it was somewhat overwhelming to me, but Dr. Ross answered every question that I had and then some they made me feel very comfortable and safe During the entire process. Dr. Ross and all of the staff at Global Retina are absolutely the best I could have hoped for! When I found out that I needed YAG Capsulotomy laser surgery, I started searching surgeons. There were many places where I could have had the surgery done closer to home, but after reading about Dr. Ross and then the reviews of her patients, I knew she was the one! Dr Ross and staff are fantastic! Very personalized experience, not cookie cutter as so much of medicine has become. I had an emergency situation. GRI got me in same day, thoroughly evaluated my situation and fortunately prevented me from putting off what turned out to be an absolutely necessary procedure which they were able to do on the spot. They were able to provide an experience that resulted in me making what appeared to be a scary decision with great confidence. Very lucky and grateful to have found the GRI team.
