RecommendedDr. Ross and her staff are wonderful. I made a 4 hour journey to Scottsdale for my appointment. After my cataract surgery in my small town, I had a lot of visible floaters impeding my vision. Dr Ross had my eye tested in many ways, more than any other ophthalmology office I had visited. She also noticed that I had Posterior Capsular Opacification (which is common after cataract surgery but I'd never heard of it before) and a macular pucker as well. Had floaters [Weiss Ring] to the point it was controlling my life back home in Michigan was told I was going to have to deal with them. Did a internet search while in Phoenix and found Global Retina Institute visited them the next day talked to Jordan and set up a appointment. Had the Laser Floater Treatment a few times things are so much better. Not completely gone but so much better and I am in control of my life again...
Dr. Ross and her staff are amazing. My husband, James, woke up blind in his right eye and Global Retina took care of him every step of the way. This included seeing him in the office as an emergency patient, arranging surgery, and all post- operative follow-up care. Dr. Ross saved my husband’s vision. She is an excellent surgeon. She has a positive bedside manner. Her staff are professional and compassionate. Highly recommend Global Retina Institute.

The best! Called at 10am and had a appointment at 2pm the same day! She recognized when I told her I had a retina tear that it needed immediate care when no one else would take me for weeks. She did all the pictures she needed and showed them to me and my husband and explained everything in detail. Did laser surgery to correct my eye, about 10 minutes. Dr Ross and her staff are amazing and I was impressed. Need more doctors like her who care about their patients. Would highly recommend if you need retina eye care.
Wow! I am so grateful to have received a recommendation to see Dr. Ross. I have had THE BEST experience with her and the staff. She has a great bedside manner, is incredibly knowledgeable, explains herself well and shares her knowledge with those in need! I HIGHLY recommend Global Retina Institute!

I had begun to lose all hope before waking into Global Retina, as I am 35 years old with super complicated retinal issues (my vision is next to nothing and degenerative).
