For some reason Globe Life keeps making changes in my policies, usually with payment methods, this time it was another wrong payment method, different than what I had chosen. In addition to that I had two new policies that were said to be unfound when I tried to access them online. I called and talked to someone about my problems, I found they had registered the two new policies using the wrong birthdates, close but different, and the two new policies were also set up to be billed differently than what I had specified.
