I needed to get some names changed on a policy & your customer service reps were great at taking care of my questions & needs! All I talked to were very helpful & polite! Years ago when I tried to make some changes it was very hard to do so I wasn’t looking forward to making these changes. Your reps made it easy & I am thankful I pursued it.

When I initially took out the policy a young lady called me and she was not as accommodating as she could have been and trust me I know customer service I've worked in customer service for over 31 years but on yesterday I spoke to a young man,Gamal. He was very gracious,supportive, informative and professional and overall very kind and I appreciated his ability to assist me
