I called on 10/30/2024 and spoke to 2 different agents that were EXTREMELY helpful. The first call was from about 5:16 PM to 5:24 PM. I think her name was Lareesa. (I'm sure I didn't spell her name correctly)She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. At the end of the call I chose #1 for not satisfied by mistake. The second call was about 5:24 PM. Well I had gotten behind on my life insurance policy. I just need to get it back on track and I will being I've had this policy for some time and it definitely don't want me lose it and they have given me that opportunity.
