It’s satisfactory … But…though the person I was speaking with seemed very knowledgeable and professional , he told me the autopay is every 20th of each month and starts Oct 20 but as soon as we hang up , I was notified by my credit card a charge was made by GlobeLife with amount $____ , hmmm so opposite of what the representative said 5 mins ago.
G\L representatives were excellent in providing service that pertained to my issue!!
