The customer service is outstanding. The individual I worked with had a lot of patience in answering all my questions dealing with the three policies that I have with them. The time that was spent on the phone trying to sort out my policies what's worth more than I can say. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

He did great. He was able to take my account number and set me up for automatic payment. I had automatic payment for years and somehow I ended up with a bill. I don't know who's fault that was! 😕
