I called to inform the customer service rep that my grandson passed away on Sunday 2/19/2023. She was empathetic and listened, mirrored me and was genuinely concerned and gave sincere condolences to me and my son who is broken hearted having to bury his son. All in all my experience was a positive one. This is just the beginning, his celebration of life will be on a Monday February 27, 2023. We will all be flying in to Texas this weekend.
