I don't remember the agent's name I applied with on Friday 2/17(?) but she was very helpful answering all questions I had. She was fun to talk to also! Fred called me this afternoon (2/20) to go over the application again. I probably won't be approved since two calls are a bad sign.

Excellent assistance. My first phone call with the company the representative was a bit argumentative, but resolved all issues. The second time I called the company (2/15) the representative was straight and to the point and very helpful with everything I needed to know.
