just now Godfrey was a fair, thorough, respectful, hands-off property manager. They weren't invasive or nit-picky. Moreover, they handled any and all complaints and problems with prompt attention and professional demeanor. When a storm uprooted a tree in mid-may that cracked the roof and put a hole in the kitchen - Godfrey was there on the scene quickly and worked with us to assail the problems. Godfrey properties was honestly one of my best housing agency experiences. They were professional, non intrusive and honest. We ended our lease sadly due to a tree falling through our roof, I would gladly rent from Godfrey again if the opportunity arises and wish them luck with the repairs to the lovely house I happily called home for a while!

Godfrey has been managing my house for years, and I have been thoroughly pleased. This house was my home, so I am attached, and my desire is to keep the property like a home, not a rental. Whitney and Don have respected my wishes and have always stayed in close constant contact with me, which can be challenging, because I travel often.
