Don’t pick up the phone, or email back in any timely manner. I found them to be rude and unprofessional. Their Google reviews are also all negative with warnings to not rent from them.
They discriminated due to age, although my roommate and I were 23 years old and successfully passed all parts of the application. We paid the application fee, and we were then told that they would not rent to us because we would "party" and damage the house. Everyone I know who has rented from them has never had worse property "managers."
