I am very impressed with Gold Standard Automotive Network. They paid our deductible after an accident. It was such a relief during a time of insecurity. The process was easy and I felt very comforted by the staff. I would recommend their services to family and friends.
I speak with Gold Standard warranty various times per day and am always extremely satisfied with the service provided. Mainly I speak with Taylor and she is very helpful with any questions I may have, shes also very efficient in her job.
Gold Standard is a great company. I've had a vehicle warranty with them for the past 2 years and can honestly state that they are the best warranty service company that I have ever used. Claims are easy and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Very pleased with my experience I have had so far with Gold Standard; I bought a used vehicle on 4/7/2018 from a lot and purchased their gold plan. Within the first 3 weeks I began to experience some engine trouble and had no idea where to begin in the warranty process. These guys were great and their customer service was impeccable. I have the gold package. Covers almost everything on my car. It lasts 3 years and I've had it for 1 so far. They even pay for all my oil changes! Brakes get a discount too which is rare. I only pay like $30/month for it and it takes care just about anything and everything my insurance company doesn't cover when it comes to damages to the car. I've been surprised how easy and fast its been to have them pay for my mechanical work over the phone. I think its been a good warranty so far.
I had a wonderful experience with Gold Standard. They are very professional and respectful. The operator did as much as she could for me as well. Taylor even called my dealership to figure out was going on. She went up and beyond what she had to do! Highly recommend.
While it does take a little bit to get them on the phone, once connected, the customer service was great! They paid quickly, once the mechanics did their part, and got me on the road. So glad I purchased this warranty!
