It was 10:16 PM when he first replied to my emergency request for a fix to my water heater. As far as I?m concerned, Gold Star Plumbing is my plumber for life. Rocky was awesome!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Rocky reached out to me by phone shortly after I submitted a request for a quote. Someone from his team fixed the issue that same day. I also used Goldstar Plumbing a few months ago to replace a few faucets. Had a similar experience where Rocky reached out by phone and had his team come out and replace both faucets that same day.
Team was quick and responsive. Very collaborative and easy to work with.
He was very professional, quick, and did an excellent job.

Rocky with Gold Star did what he said he would do and in the time frame that he said he would do it in. We asked him to do one additional thing while he was here, we discussed the price and he did that as well. I will definitely use Gold Star again.
