Rocky was very responsive. He came to our house on Sunday to assess our potential repair on a twelve year old unit. He returned on Monday to install a new water heater. Great service.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call and visit from Rocky on the Friday that I submitted a service request on HomeAdvisor. He replaced the water heater the following Monday. He and his colleague were very professional and the quality of work was excellent.

Responded quickly. Was a little late in arriving because of additional work at prior job. Installation was quick, provided expectations of water flow and provided a unit with best warranty. Was completed with job before some others called back on my initial request. Didn� t go without hot water any longer than needed. He understood my situation and responded appropriately.
I will absolutely hire Rocky and hos team at Mid Tenn. It is nearly impossible to get any contractor in Nashville because the demand is so high. because the demand is so high this guy can seriously charge what ever. Their price was fair, which is a big deal in my book. I never ever ever hire the low-baller as a general rule of thumb.
