We lost hot water and after having an uneasy first assessment by another company, I went through Angi's list to find a local plumber. Within minutes of submitting a ticker through Angi's list, I got a call from Mid Tenn Home Solutions. We got on their schedule for a same-day service, and I recieved a text and email confirmation/ reminder as well. Didn?t have and haven?t had any problems at all.
Rocky was very patient and professional with our initial call.. the next day Dakota and Tyler came for the appointment and discovered the problem ? fixed the problem and advised me on other ways to care for my water heater. Courteous and very personable and professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them for any further issues ( hopefully none!)

hese guys are amazing! Dakota is simply superb! He came right on time , was accurate with his diagnosis and came and got a pump installed on our property and other work in our cabin. Time was of the essence for me and he and Tyler made sure to take care of us ! He even checked other things like the dehumidifier in our crawl space for us while he was there . That is going above and beyond for customers . I wish other companies learn something from Mid Tenn solutions . Dakota and Tyler Rock!
