overall great job, so far so good.....
The owner was prompt in all of his responses, and all work was completed quickly and correctly. The price was as-quoted and very competitive. The technicians who performed the work were very friendly and careful to clean up after the work was finished.

Let me know it would be the next morning before they dorks get there and when I explained it was a business that I was looking for someone who could get there ASAP he changed his schedule and came right out. I will definitely be calling him in the future for my plumbing needs. Very satisfied. They were done in no time.

The guys that replaced our main sewer drain were very prompt and courteous. They were very good at explaining their work and even took pictures of the before and after to show me. I would recommend this company and would hire them again myself for future projects.

I didn't have any hot water. I got a call back from Mid-Tenn Home Solutions within the hour of asking for an appointment. And I had my new water heater the next morning!!! Rocky Burrell and his assistants were wonderful: good price, answered all my questions, very helpful, and they were patient with me (I'm handicapped).
