Delivery Issues I just became aware that businesses cannot charge a debit card transactions or surcharge fees. I have a DirectExpress debit card that federal funds are being deposited on. I pay my rent with this debit card and since 9/4/2023 Golden Bee Management has been charging $9.99 transaction fee in order for me to pay my rent. Billing Issues Gave a 30 day notice to vacate on April 9, 2025 and did not receive my security deposit back due to "insufficient 30 day notice". I moved out on May 10th, 2025. And claim i owe $195. Never received the prorated amount to pay for the month May from ******* and was charged a $133 late fee. Unethical and unprofessional.

Service or Repair Issues I am filing this complaint due to ongoing issues with property management at The Hive at **********. I have experienced continuous delays in getting maintenance issues resolved within my unit and throughout the complex, despite repeated requests. These delays are unacceptable and negatively impact my quality of living.The on-site manager has been consistently unprofessional, unresponsive, and dismissive. Product Issues We have waited approaching 3 months to receive our Deposit. We have tried to reach to the business via phone call and email to no avail. There is no legitimate address where you can go to try to resolve any issues. The property manager directs to the company who apparently can not be contacted in any way. We will be filing a claim in small claims court for this shady business.

Your disposition letter was sent to you through mail to the address of the unit which should have been forwarded to you if you notified the *********** of the address change.Tenants are always recommended to leave a forwarding address.We do apologize if you were unable to reach the corporate office. Service or Repair Issues I moved out of my apartment in February 2024. I have reached out to Golden Bee Properties several times for my security deposit but, I just get the run around. They sent me a ledger with made up repairs to equal the amount of my deposit. I then sent them a walk-through video I took after cleaning out the apartment and nothing 4 months later but, it's been sent to accounting. These people are so wrong.

Service or Repair Issues Goldenbee management with the help of their on site manager turned off my electricity claiming that they where putting in new meters they turned them off at 8:am on the 11 of July and my electricity is still off July the 13 of ****but other residents electric power is on but they have all the *********************** turned off all my food has spoiled $300 worth of groceries and Im 74 yrs old with no air conditioning no fan nothing and ******* the manager continues to harass me she called the light co... read more

Customer Service Issues I gave 30 days notices to vacate the unit I currently live. I received charges for $90 for prorated rent and past due except audit for the month of July, when I will no longer live in this building. I believe this charges are illegal and I should not have to pay. I contacted the company, but this company never answer to our requests. I truly appreciate your help in this matter.

Service or Repair Issues The entry and exit gates for the parking in my building are consistently faulty- either not working or staying open and not closing. This problem has been consistent since I moved into the building in 2021 and the company (Golden Bee LLC) does not change the system. On the morning of April 16th 2023, I was exiting the the building in my vehicle and had made it 3/4 of the way out when the gate suddenly stopped and began to close again. Customer Service Issues I moved out on Dec 18, 2022 and have not received my security deposit back. I have reached out multiple times where they said someone will help, but nothing was actually done. As of April 3rd, 2023, I still havent received my security deposit back or help from Golden Bee Management
