Product Issues Golden ************ has not given back my deposit. It's been over 30 days since I moved out I've also sent a demand letter. I still have not gotten a response. 10 days will be up in 2 days which will be February 22nd.
Service or Repair Issues Golden Bee has been ignoring our maintenance requests for over six weeks. They give less than 24 hours notice for state inspector visits and water shut offs for regular service, but waters stays off for several hours after their designated time. Their call line is useless, they ignore emails for months, and lie to their tenants about renovations. I wish I was exaggerating but I have a paper trail for all of these instances.
Customer Service Issues December 6th I started my 1 year lease with fpi management. I paid rent march 29th the following day a new property management was introduced march 30th. Customer Service Issues Since 2/1/22 Current manager is refusing to complete HUD packet for housing assistance, refusing to provide information, has lied about the status of application. She has refused to send information directly to corporate. When you try to contact the corporate office all calls and emails are being rerouted directly to her so she is blocking access to the corporate office. Service or Repair Issues 1/15/2019 I moved into this apartment (***********************). The building was sold in June of 2020. Since this LLC has owned this property the 2 washers and dryers are usually not working, Our garage gate has been malfunctioning. The property is not properly maintained. The pool is rarely cleaned.
