Worst service ever !!! They only had 3 different cocktails and out of 3 they only had 1 available... plus the host was so rude when we told her about our reservation we didn't know who was our server they ignored us we ask for the drink menu and the server didn't understood what we ask for tables are way too close to each other no privacy at all like u said worst service ever not even music playing ....
waiter service could have been better also was up all night in the bathroom after i ate the food.
Disappointing, I remember when this was one of the top restaurants in town. Our food was good in taste, but was cold. We had the special NYE menu. We received a glass of wine with dinner, I asked for a second glass and was charged an additional $10, while the table next to us receive several, and they did not pay for them, this was confirmed by the conversation I overheard from waiter who was serving them. Really we went one time and last one. The worst place for eat in my expirience. No any mucis, no frienly staff, no clean, no bathroom inside. Just place to eat to spend your casino money. No recommend to any one.
They messed up order. I had cash tip waiting in my hand and finally the waiter comes back with my credit card complaining why I didn't have gratuity on the card and I told him because I'mgiving you cash and he rushed saying I'll take it now. Very rude staff here. I will never return here.
My family wanted to try something new at the Tropicana and were beyond disappointed. The food is horrible. The crispy wonton noodles were either under cooked or stale. The appetizer for two was terrible and not worth the cost. I'm a Chinese New Yorker and was appalled by the food. Our waiters seemed to want to rush us out and was much more friendly with the regulars. Don't waste your money, time or appetite here.
Server was GREAT. His nane was Sai, very, very nice. Food was horrible. Clientele was definitly not what we expected. Very dark and guests were dressed in wife beaters and t-shirts. Come on its Saturday night and your dressed like a thug. Save your money not worth it.
We have eaten here many, many times and have had terrific experiences. This time, however, was terrible. After spending an hour waiting for our steamed fish entree and being told numerous times it would be out in a minute, we finally cancelled our order and left. To make matters worse, this incident was handled very poorly by an inexperienced manager. Not wanting to go back too soon.
I would have gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . However the main reason for going was for my fiancé birthday....... And I specially mentioned it in my reservations. And they never came with the desert or to sing happy birthday. After we left I had to tell her I set it up that way, and had to go back in to speak to the manager, he look at the notes on the reservation and said oh I'm sorry. Huh that's it.
