Setting an appt up for my aunt, person is asking me how to spell the medication she’s on and who’s her pcp! You would think they would have all the information. Waiting to be see is also a hassle. You wait for 30 mins, go to the back and wait for another 30 mins.

Extremely inaccurate & long waiting time for an order for glasses. The estimated time for new glasses was 3-4 weeks. After following up, was told it is now 5-6 weeks. It will be 6 weeks in 3 days, so the representative advised it will probably take longer than 6 weeks.

why is making a formal complaint so difficult? an 8:20 phone appointment and 2 phone calls to the call center which totaled more than 40 minutes and I dont get a call from the provider until AFTER 9:20, which I was already on hold with the call center for a 2nd time. waiting OVER an hour for a 2 minute phone appointment is ridiculous especially when it wasn't even necessary for the reason of the original call. I do not recommend Golden Valley Health in Turlock AT ALL. I made an appt in July and since I needed an in person appt they couldn't get me in until Sept. Well, my appt was yesterday and apparently "someone had made a mistake". My dr was only taking phone appts that day. I waited 2 months for this appointment. It didn't matter that the mistake was on their part, they refused to do anything to help and offered me an appointment in Oct! An appt in October for an issue I called about in July! Your covid testing in Merced is ridiculous. Everyone is standing together in a group children running around. The whole point is to prevent community transfer somewhere where transmission from person to person is so high. It’s ridiculous minus well just say they are all positive after that testing site. I hope you guys realize this is wrong in so many ways. Your staff goes back and forth touching the door multiple times without changing gloves. 2 weeks and nobody can return a call. the girls who answer the phones say they send a message to the clinic but never heard back. I ask for a direct line but they say they don't have a phone. we're dealing with a broken leg and and all they can do is send a message.

It could improve by haveing a better doctor. A new doctor replaceing Dr. maher Gao i dirent liked how he did the health exam on my son. he sat him down and pushed him down by the forehead without holding his back. hes a rough doctor.i never want to go back .

Some of the high lights were that they were very clean office staff is very professional but what i loved most was The OB Doctor Alkouri. He was very thorough and detailed. He made sure he explained everything through these past few months and had been on top of everything once again thank you Golden Valley for your experience but a big thank you to Dr. Alkouri for getting me in a day early and helping deliver a healthy little boy.
