The most incompetent medical experience I have ever dealt with in my life. Rude call center staff who DO NOT listen & management whose attitude is that they could care less about the health of their patients. You have mental health providers that are in insurance network and accepting new patients, but deny services to a woman in need. Terrible service from employees enforcing terrible policies. I wouldn’t recommend this place even as a last resort.
Your answering service is rude and they hang up on your patients - the appointment line is also annoying all they give is excuses, the lab Quest refused to give me copies of my info the day I went plus the rude technician said it would be 3-4 days but it’s been 5-6 and then finally on a Friday I call and find out there are no results from the appointment line they say they will send a message to doctor office who I never hear from - before you decide who your doctor is think about this - you will be talking to a machine the ... read more
