I was in a great deal of pain when I started with Dr Goldfarb. First I was able to het some relief from the very first epidural treatment. I will be proceeding with the remaining treatments for sure. Once I got started with the office, I have been very pleased with just about every aspect of the experience. They have been great about scheduling and working my person schedule. What was the best thing is the way that Dr Goldfarb explained everything prior to, during and then post treatment.
Dr.Goldfarb gave me my life back with two epidurals in my lower back. I've gone from a pain level of 9 to less than 1. I found him to be very professional and thorough in handling my case. The office staff was friendly and efficient and the out patient clinic where the procedures are done is First Class in appearance and the medical staff the nicest and most professional one could want taking care of you.
Initially, I thought Dr. Goldfarb was good but all business. My last encounter for an injection was very upsetting. I was 10 minutes late, he made me wait even longer than that and came in spouting about me being ten minutes late without allowing me to explain what happened. Unlike most of my visits there he tells you step-by-step what he’s going to do, but this time he just stuck the needle in me and full blasted the medication and walked out of the room. This is an awful office, no care for the patients whatsoever…you can be in excruciating pain and they don’t care…the worst experience ever…would never recommend to anyone
I have been calling this office for the past 6 months regarding an error in their billing. I have left several messages as well as text messages with NO REPLY! My next call will be to the Medical Board and BBB as they are not responsible enough to return my phone call.
I’m copying and pasting this review so I don’t spend more time than necessary on this less than pleasant experience. I am almost 70 years old. I been dealing with chronic pain since 2000. Surgery not an option for any of it. In 2005 I was referred to Comprehensive Pain Care for breakthrough pain my doctor couldn't treat. An MRI was done followed by injections. Waited for almost an hour in the exam room He is very arrogant and self-centered Staff seems very uncaring He will tell you that nobody is better than him I had 5+ procedures from him and nothing has helped Do not recommend and will not return
Expect no phone calls answered by the office no response to messages or texts
ATTN: DR. GOLDFARB, Do you know what your staff is doing? I saw Dr. Goldfarb in Aug 2019 for a new patient visit and again to review test results. Due to unexpected travel, I was unable schedule the recommended procedure at the time but was told to call when ready. After returning to the area, Florida went in to COVID shut down. Finally, when I called in Aug 2020 to schedule the procedure, I was told that I needed to start all over from the beginning even though my condition had not changed.
