Dr Goldfarb is truly excellent BUT his front of the office is the very worst of any doctor we have ever visited. WORST. From making an appointment by phone nor trying to reach him if you are in terrible pain,YOU WILL NOT REACH HIM! NO ONE RETURNS HIS CALLS -EVEN HIS HEAD ADMINISTRATOR. SO BWEARE
I waited 2 weeks to get an appointment. The office was an hr and a half behind schedule. Dr. Goldfarb was clearly in a hurry, and was the most arrogant individual I've dealt with in healthcare setting hands down. He didn't want to answer questions and began to walk out of the door as we were addressing my health concerns regarding an epidural. He was distracted, and rude at times during our brief encounter. Had no idea what my medical history was but felt comfortable making clinical decisions?
