The office manager was very rude during a recent experience. I informed her that I would be a few minutes late and she told me to drive to the office. Once there she shared that they could not complete the scheduled cleaning although she knew I would be late. I called before coming to share that I would be late (stuck in Atlanta traffic). Last year I went to Brookhaven Dental for my annual cleaning, exam and x-rays. They did a good job and recommended optional work on 3 teeth (which I did not follow-up on), total out of pocket was $7 (insurance paid the rest). This year I went to Goldstein Dental Center on my fiancee's recommendation for the same service and got socked with a $680 bill. Ouch!! No cavities (I have great teeth, no cavities the past 35 years). Out of pocket was $182 and insurance paid the rest. Same cleaning, exam and x-rays. I can't say ... read more

When visiting for the first time the staff was nice. Although, after the first visit and treatment plan I was made aware of the prices. They charge 2-3 times the going rate for fillings and crowns(over 1,700 for a crown). I was told I may need a root canal and the"dentist" upstairs would take a look at my x-ray and get back to me.
