The WORST dental experience ever. I saw Dr. Perlow for what was described as "baby" cavities. What should have been routine turned into a nightmare. Immediately following his work, I began experiencing excruciating pain. After two return visits to have my bite adjusted, I was assured everything was fine. My additional calls went unreturned, including my calls to Dr. Goldstein, the head of the dental practice. I've been going to Goldstein Dental Center for 10 years and absolutely love the staff, the dentists, and the office. They're friendly and efficient. The office is bright and inviting. TVs above each chair are a nice bonus and help you (sort of) forget about the poking and prodding that happens at the dentist! Would recommend them to anyone.
Terrific! Have had multiple family members (adults and children) go here and it has been great. Dr. Perlow and staff are super friendly, hygienists very thorough and great teachers. For kids, it may not have all the frills of a pediatric dentist office, but they do a great job and make the kids very comfortable. The whole team at Goldstein Dental is extremely professional and friendly. I have gotten everything from cleanings and cavities to cosmetic dentistry done with Dr Perlow and his team (Miranda, Whitney, etc) and they all treat me like family. They care about my comfort during procedures and also make sure I am happy with the outcome. My fiancé also goes to this location and has been equally impressed with his experience there. Be cautious. I have only been once to Goldstein dental, and it was not a pleasant experience due 100% to the front office staff. From the minute I walked in, the front office person made no eye contact with me, no welcoming greeting or even a smile. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her just by being in her presence. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was eventually taken back by a hygienist, who was nice and seemed to do a good job with my cleaning. Rarely do you meet a medical professional who takes such pride and precision in his work as Dr. Goldstein does. He truly loves what he does, and it shows in the outstanding quality of his work and the meticulous care he shows his clients. I popped in today for a consult and was blown away by the staff and the services I received....EXCELLENT all the way around! I actually look forward to my next visit...to the dentist...who would've thunk it?!?! Thank you, Dr. Goldstein!
The office manager was very rude during a recent experience. I informed her that I would be a few minutes late and she told me to drive to the office. Once there she shared that they could not complete the scheduled cleaning although she knew I would be late. I called before coming to share that I would be late (stuck in Atlanta traffic). Dentist office wrote me a note apologizing for the mix up - did not charge me for the extra fees and showed that people are more important than a dollar. Happy to see there is good in people.
