He was very patient as we walked around the lot looking at new explorers. I found the one I wanted, left a deposit and went out for lunch. Told him when I come back please have the paper work ready, he did!

Overall experience was as expected as far as the car buying process. Ken Park was extremely friendly as was his manager Mohammed. Lack of Covid mask compliance was a concern. The ad that got us in the door was a bait and switch so do your research and be prepared. It assumed a combination of 4 factors all at once (first responders, military, medical, etc) to get the full discount advertised.
Darwin was incredibly kind and was very welcoming to work with me on finding the perfect car for me. My stepmom recommended him to me and I would happily do the same to anyone looking for a car.
From the time Rowland found us looking outside, to the time I drove away in my brand new Fusion, he made the whole process incredibly comfortable. Very kind, knowledgeable, down to earth, listened to our needs, wants & was upfront & honest.
