Spoke with Ken on the phone and then went to the dealership to see what my options were purchasing a used car. Ken showed me a few different cars and SUVs and the Volkswagen caught my eye. I took it out for a test drive and I made up my mind. Ken made the experience smooth from start to finish. Wes Polo worked on the finance portion and was very helpful in clarifying the terms. Very happy overall.
We got the mailer in, saying Golf Mill Ford needs used cars right now. We came in, Jackie greeted us, and Adrian helped us out. He showed us few cars, we had to go for lunch, he let us take the new car for extended test drive alone! We got the new car, while paying much lower monthly payment than we were on our car!
