Easy in, easy out I bought a Fusion hybrid from Golf mill because none of the dealers in my area had any on the lot. They were kind enough to pick me up from the train station in Chicago and had all of the paper work ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. I was on the road and headed for home within 2 hours and was able to make this a quick, painless turnaround.

Great Service! When I first met Darwin at Golf Mill Ford in October 2014, he explained to me the importance of relationship building and how he takes pride in gaining repeat customers through his customer service and professionalism. Bryan Fulton - Review Bryan was extremely helpful when finding our family car. Overall they have been great I have bought 2 cars from them and traded in one I had a lot of maintenance issues with the first car 2013 ford Explore but the team did a great job in helping the best they can.
Great experience I was treated with great customer service. They all went above and beyond to make me the happiest customer that I could be. Great deal on an amazing car. They even stayed super late just to make sure I was leaving with a smile on my face.
Quickly purchased a car I wanted I came in to purchase a car and within a few hours it was accomplished. I was able to purchase a car I wanted with the features I wanted. The sales person appeared to be interested in my needs and drove the car to my home so I did not have to get someone to drive me back to the dealer.

Great Experience We have a Ford Escape and wanted to purchase another. We were greeted at the door by George Laskaris who took care of us explaining the new features and what awards we were allowed. George presented what inventory was at Golf and what he could get from sister dealers. We purchased a 2019 Escape Titanium that George had to travel to a sister dealer and bring back. All in all the experience was easy.
Great from start to finish. I'm hearing impaired and Jim took the time to explain everything to me. He took the time to find the car I wanted to buy.
