Great VIP experience It was a very smooth transaction. Darwin was able to do all the necessary paperworks and get everything ready. We were in and out of Ford office in around 40 minutes. Professional fixing of issues I purchased a used Ford Fiesta on 9/7 and dealt with Rene Quinonez. Originally had some issues with mileage discrepancy etc. After stating my issues to the sales manager Nick Sfikas everything was dealt with very professionally and very courteously. Both Nick and Rene were very helpful and apologetic about the issue and worked to make things right. Mark gave us an Outstanding treatment We went into Golf Mill Ford to look into a used car that we wanted at a very specific price. Mark Gurgone showed us inside and worked with us all the way, answering all our questions. The price listed in the internet was a bit too high for what we wanted to spend in this car. Excellent with two exceptions on financing and registration Andrew and Wes were very capable and informative, but the financing promotion was not clearly understood and should have asked me about registration before processing.
