Bought a Ford Focus at Golf Mill The customer service was very good. They should have more knowledge of the features of each car - do the research as questions are asked. The sales person seemed to guess at times. I would rather he/she look it up to get the facts. There are multiple financing/rebates available - they should have ran each option and given me the facts to make my final decision off of. They only did this on 2 options. First time car-owner! My husband had worked with Darwin four years ago so when it was time for me to buy a car, I knew exactly who to call. Darwin was perfect! He understood my limits as well as my expectations and delivered a wonderful range of cars, both used and new, for me to test. He was friendly, patient, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Excellent Customer Service I brought my son in to buy a car. We were treated with respect. We were made to feel special and that our business is appreciated. The sales process was quick and complete with no hassles it was a smmoth purchase.

Great I had the pleasure to meet Mr Sam. He was very helpful and gave me driving tips for this Ford Escape 2014 was my new and first car. I was real nervous and Sam was very patient and helpful. Great customer service.

Darwin was extremely helpful in my search for a used car. He wanted to make, my experience of finding something easy. He asked his manager for cars that were just in the right price that I wanted to spend. He was able to get me a warranty and full tank of gas always helps. I could call or stop in at any time for his services . What a great person he is. I said no pressure and that's exactly what helped me decide he was the one to satisfy me . My late father purchased two vehicles from Darwin, a 2005 Ford 500, and a 2012 Fusion. Darwin is the very best auto salesman I have ever met. I was looking for a diesel pickup and I first contacted Darwin on a recommendation from a good friend. There was one that was sold before i could see it, but Darwin called me about a week later telling me there was another one inbound.
