went into Golf Mill with a friend whom had her car totaled, Darwin was extreamly friendly and outgoing. she decided on a 13 fiesta priced around 18k, left happily with the car after some negotiations of course! left with free oil changes 1.9%apr and a fair monthly price. closer was a bit pushy on gap and extended warranty but overall understood the budget was the budget. i was keen on having her at least take the gap coverage which he did offer as a later purchase if needed as well as the life of term bumper to bumper. for t... read more

Peter is a great salesman! He is super courteous, very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to me. He let me test drive many cars and he was never pushy. I give him a 5 STAR Plus rating. Iggy the manager got me a great deal considering my credit score wasn't great. They were friendly, patience, and worked hard on the financing part. Our salesman Ivan wasn't too pushy as far as sales people go, and he was very patience with us while we were trying to decide which car was the best way for us to go. I went to Ford looking for a new car. I chose to test-drive a car, and the salesman immediately helped me from the get-go. There was no pause or long wait time. If you are looking for a car at Ford, ask for Peter. He went out of his way to help me out. The car I wanted was sold out on the lot, so he went to look at different dealers. The customer service was impecable from the beginning to end. Ivan was great with showing me all the bells and whistles with never being pushy. Everyone in the dealership was also very friendly. The price was best in the area and with the customer service, I am definetely coming back to Golf Mill Ford for my next car.
