RecommendedEvery single employee in Governors Ave Animal Hospital are very friendly, truly care about the animals the care for. Four months after birth, little Nugget who was not expected to make it, is not very excited with each visit to GAAH. I will honestly state "I will never take my animals anywhere else". Every doctor I believe has seen little Nugget now, and they are all very happy he's pulled through. He's half the size of his one surviving sibling, however, he doesn't seem to notice.
Friendly, knowledgeable Doctors and staff. Very clean environment. You feel so welcome each time you visit. I think they’re number one!
I have had good experiences with all of the Docs there but my most recent visit was for a spa day for my Min. Schnauzer. He just loves the lady who does his grooming - she came out to get him and he excitedly jumped up to greet her, tail wagging. I am so glad he has a good experience there. That is important to me.
Been going here for years, my female shih tzu Callie, just got her teeth done and some knots removed, they did a great job, my boy Stefan also goes here, he is consider a senior now and they like to see him every 6 months, found out he has some teeth that need removed so he will be going for another dental, I like that they will talk to me on the phone when my hubby brings them in, if I can't get off work. I thought my cat received a thorough examination and was treated well by Dr. Gennusa and Technician, Karen. I was given options of potential interventions and never felt pressured to proceed with any of them.
