Grace was very prompt on her communication. She responded to my requests and questions promptly even on the weekends or evenings. When I needed a pre-qualification letter on a short notice, she was able to get it for me right away in time to make an offer to the property I was interested in. I felt that she was able to get me the best rate and cheapest closing cost for my mortgage.
