I found Grace online after I did my initial research and after I worked with 2 other lenders on terms and conditions. I had 10+ calls and 20+ emails with her to discuss each and every aspect of the process, as I avoided overpaying closing costs and having high APR. I did research how to contain costs and Grace was super flexible to discuss and lower those for me. Also her suggestions on various ways of financing were in my best interest. Worse experience ever. So slow in everything. And never would communicate on time. Horrible and would never recommend them to anyone, even my realtor was shocked how bad the experience was.
