I came from a home I owned 23 years. It was 3200 sq ft. and had a huge flower and vine filled yard. My health just wouldn't let me care for it anymore. I also did no neighborhood socializing. Here I have no maintenance responsibilities and only have flowers on my patio I want and can care for. I have fit into the community living and social part of this wonderfully. There is a great community of people here you can never be alone or bored if you dont want to be. Come join us.

I moved to Grace Point, an independent living community, from a 2-bedroom apartment. My one bedroom/bath cottage is just right size for me to manage. I am enjoying the much needed walk-in shower. Grace Pointe offers a choice of cottage or suite accommodations with varying amenities. There is a lot to do here and monthly outings. I do believe the $[fee removed]non-refundable deposit is high for seniors on fixed incomes but worth it. [name removed], our maintenance man, is extremely responsive and efficient. The place is amazing. Even my brother and sister-in-law couldn't believe the finishes in the apartment and the amazing view from my patio. There are an amazing variety of activities for the active minded and the people are very friendly and welcoming to new people. There is a saying that "you get what you pay for" applies here. It may be more expensive than others but your value for your money is good here.

I have lived here 18 months and have no complaints. It's clean and quiet and the apartments are spacious and user friendly for people like me who uses a wheelchair and lives alone. Housekeeping is great, bathrooms are large and wheelchair friendly and the shower is a walk in with no floor lip. The kitchen is 100% equipped with new appliances.

Where do I start at. Grace Point Living is the "VERY BEST" place to call home. I actually haven't actually moved in yet, as of now. But I have been working with someone ([name removed]) and she has answered my every question. And she is so pleasant to work with also. So, just a "heads -up" [name removed]. I'll be making that more real fast now. And I can't wait. Thank You Again [name removed] for all you have done for me during this transition.

I moved here a year ago after my husband passed away so have just recently ventured out more in this community. Neighbors and people I've met have been very friendly. The events I have attended seem well organized and food is always good. I plan to become more involved in the many daily and monthly activities offered.

I like that the staff here is always courteous and helpful. There are plenty of activities and social events to keep residents busy. Something broken or in need of repair? Maintenance is quick to respond. My biggest complaint is the evergreen bush’s in front of my widow that are allied to grow wild and are now beating against the window every time the wind blows! Yard maintenance needs help!

I have lived here for many years and love it! Staff is always helpful and takes care of things. Maintenance responds quickly to fix things. Lots of friendly neighbors and there is always something to do.

The new management hasn’t kept the landscaping up near as well as before. Internet needs to be upgraded, lots of down time. Impossible to stream shows on internet. We need additional maintenance personnel, takes days for maintenance to be handled. Feel they are stretched thin over the 3 properties.
