Of course location is prime but housekeeping and customer service is lacking. The first thing that comes to mind is housekeeping entering our room even though I requested they not. Instead of picking up and replacing the used towels they only emptied the trash. I called front desk after our 16 hour day at Disneyland only to be told housekeeping was gone and I could come to the front desk for clean towels. Great Location and Pool No breakfast included :( honestly the only thing missing, if they had it, it would be the perfect stay The pool is perfect for young kids. They let us use the pool before check in and there were floaties and beach balls in the pool for anyone to use. Love that there’s some food options very close by, including right in front of the main building.
ok they charge for parking and unlike other hotels parking is Included. and they put a hold on your card for damages. that wasn’t explained unless you ask so be aware of that. close to the Disneyland park.
