Get directionsshort. I left early - did not even sleep there. Musty smelling dark room. It was relatively clean, nothing gross… but the carpet needs to be replaced and the lighting was inadequate. Price was $300.00 but it was a 99.00 a night type hol Location was convenient
Location is great but that's it The beds were horribly uncomfortable, our room was located directly across from the ice machine so we were woken up by people getting ice at all hours, the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING. People are so loud! The parking was ridiculously tight!! Definitely hard to park our Yukon. The location was perfect for our family Disney vacation, especially with little ones & strollers! Disney is literally 5-10 min walk.
wouldn't stay there again for that price, like a motel 6 if that. Housekeeping is useless. we left the whole day and they don't fix your bed, don't vacuum, they didn't clean counters nor do they do anything really. No breakfast included. Elevator was extremely slow. very pricey for what you actually get. location was good.
great location but really basic room with a problematic bed. there was something that kept causing an allergic reaction to us from the mattress even after they changed the bedding so there’s something wrong with the mattress. proximity to Disneyland
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room, the beds, no comfort or food offered. There was no kitchen facilities, no breakfast, no coffee creamer even. Powder creamer is disgusting. The room had a horrible feeling to it, like you were on a boat. The beds were absolutely horrible. They extra twin bed that the offer is literally a box of coils, I wouldn’t let anyone sleep on that. The staff was fine, just very nonchalant. You can’t order from the fancy restaurant they have and you can’t expect to eat there unless yo... read more
I was expecting the rooms to be nicer than they were based on the main building. I mean there’s a rooftop restaurant and For the price I paid, the rooms were not nice, needed updating, new bed covers doesn’t hide its age. The covers were paper thin with no extra blankets. The furniture was outdated. Just not impressed and will book somewhere farther away to get better accommodations for a lower price. Location.
Very Poor
Fair The location of my room was right in front of the elevator door. Heard noise all morning and night. To top it off people on their scooters kept crashing into the door of my room. the only thing I liked about the property was the proximity to Disneyland parks
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. It’s like an updated motel. Adequate but nothing to write home about. It was very close to the parks.
