Fair Room was not well cleaned, especially vacuumed upon arrival. Rooms were smaller than typical hotel rooms of competitors. Water wasn't very warm. Location.
Very disappointed. Too noisy. People running up and down hallways. We booked for the rooftop lounge to watch fireworks. They advertise for it then fail to tell you it’s booked for a private party the night you stay. Then tell us we could get a room with view of fireworks and put us right behind the elevator. location

Fair Our card was charged four times for the hold on the room. It wasn’t necessary to charge four times, it should be one $50 charge. we have stayed here four times. We love the location and knowing it’s a clean place to stay.
location was great but other than that we were very disappointed. won’t stay again. horrible hospitality. close to Disneyland
I would not go there again. Hotel was really a motel. The rooftop bar, which was one of our reasons for choosing it, was closed for a special event the whole time we were there. Hot tub and pool were great but closed at 10pm. There wasn't anywhere to sit and visit other then your room. We had a large group. Beds were hard and not very comfortable and pillow were hard. Hot tub and pool were great but closed at 10pm.
Be sure to request upper room location for view! the wait time to check in, I was given a room on the bottom floor in a dark corner with no view, given a room with two queens instead of the king I requested, no vent in bathroom (stuffy) and room was located at the very far end of the property (long walk to the street/theme park). lobby was decorated nice and the valet at the entrance directed us where to go to park and check in

Disney Trip The WiFi didn't work. The microwave and fridge didn't work. The shower only had warm water. The pillows are lumpy and the beds are as hard as a rock. The carpet also had ripples in it. The proximity to Disneyland
