I worked with Minnie in the process of purchasing a truck. That experience was great and she was very helpful. I was told that the dealership had done a 170 point inspection of the truck and was led to believe it was fueled and ready for road use. When I drove off, I realized that the remaining oil life was only 10-15%, the fuel tank was only 1/4 full and the DEF reserve was about 50%.
