First off, I just want to be clear that Jackie is AMAZING. Great person, very patient and super transparent about everything. Exactly what you would want from the person selling you your car. The dealership on the other hand, was less than desirable. They had a price online for a car, I went in to look at said car and saw there were a LOT of paint chips and scratches. Mostly chips.
