My experience at Grand Prairie Ford was great. I never felt pressured in the negotiations nor rushed to make a decision. I felt I was being treated fairly and Dee my salesperson was very professional. Also the process with the finance person was quick and professional without any pressure to add insurance products to my sale. Five stars for price because I feel like we both ended up giving a little and getting a little in the negotiations.
