I have bought two vehicles at Grand Prairie Ford. Both times my experience was great. IT is always a long process to purchase, but Jackie Mercer, my salesperson was incredible both times. He is a no bull kind of guy, answers your questions without being pushy and lets you make your decision, not to mention he will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.
