Grand Prairie Ford, yes, Ford Motor company NO! Grand Prairie Ford took care of the problems I had and kept in good communication with me. Auto Nation Ford in S. Arlington did not,even with an appointment. Ford Motor company customer service was non existent and when called the service agent terminated the call by hanging up with no comment or warning. The service team and manager at the dealership were professional and attentive.
Great Dealership! This is my second purchase from GPF and I couldn't be happier. EVERYONE I dealt with was very professional and courteous! Mr. Ron Smith is top of the line. He was the salesman for both my cars from GPF. I don't think I would purchase from another dealership!

Grand Prairie Ford service dept is excellent Been going there since I bought the fusion. The service writers do a great job of getting me in and getting me out. I don't like to screw around with car maintenance so I go there a lot. Always made to feel welcome and valued.
Good people, easy going and relaxed atmosphere Was pretty darn simple and they talked to me like a normal human being. As with all dealerships for the most part I had to negotiate a bit to get what i wanted and where i wanted it at but they worked with me to make it happen and got me into a "brand new" vehicle at %17 lower interest rate than i was before on my used vehicle with just so so credit
Good Honest people to do Business with Jackie Mercer is always a delight to deal with. He has a very pleasing personality. He has patience and kindness that is sincere. I feel bad that I do not remember the ladies name that handled the finance part, she was an absolute delight. She was very through, answered all of our questions. Outstanding Effort / Outstanding Customer Service I'm not accustomed to purchasing pre-owned vehicles, but I love my (new) 2014 Ford Explorer Sport - just love it. But inside of 5 weeks since I purchased my Explorer, the service I received both times just blew me away. They obviously have a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Darrell Casey went out of his way this morning. They have a customer for life in me.
