Scheduling was off - had to take a day off work for them to tell me they scheduled me for the day after - then they made an appointment for a neuter at 2:00 when I should have been there at 7:30 and after rescheduling again and paying about $700 and not receiving all the medicine etc they had charged me for flea medicine for both dogs and forgot to give them to me I had to call them for them to even realize they didn't put it in the bag and had to drive all the way back across town to re set all the dates over again and when... read more
I was very disappointed in Grant Avenue Pet Hospital with my visit today. I had taken my cat in for a claw trim during a busy time (dog with a broken foot and a dog with a seizure). I was told they do not take appointments for trimmings. I decided to wait as it's already near impossible to get my cat out of the house before he gets really nervous and has a mini panic attack.
