Heath at Grapevine Lincoln was great. Always have great service!! They take care of their customers. Been going there for 12 yrs.
The Service advisor was great. He handled all my requests professionally. I'm giving 4 stars because of the technician. When I picked up my F 150 there was no new oil sticker, the washer bottle was not topped off and the oil residue from the changing of the filter was left on the frame. I will need to wash it off myself. Stuff happens but the technician should pay attention to detail.

All sales and financial personnel was very helpful.
Service people were great. Waiting a week to get in, a few more days before its looked ,another 4 days before it is ready. Not what I call efficient service.
