Quickly made the appointment in a short window. The Works done and everything running as it should. Comfortable and spacious waiting area able to get some worked done there.
Their service department (Heath, Bob and David) always do a great job, dont overcharge, and have great attitudes.
Excellent experience. Provided transportation to/from my home after dropping off the car and finished the Service on a timely basis.

They have always serviced my truck and cars. Pete Roshell, a key person in the service area, always makes me feel confident that the work will be performed professionally. This visit was a Quick Lane Works package and inspection which was done as expected. My only complaint was about appointments. If an appointment is made for 1:00, the work should not start more than two hours later (after I complained). Simply, dont overbook the appointment time. A commitment should be a commitment. They were fair and the work first class.
They had my car for half a day and did the necessary services, but they did not do the Tire rotation as outlined in the service report. It is hard to say for sure if they even change the filters as I requested.
