Service went well. I'm just a little frustrated with the "customer" recall on a brake hose that Lincoln issued, but apparently yet to provide it to Grapevine Ford Lincoln for installation on my MKZ.
My service manager Eli was fantastic. On top of things and kept me informed.

Effective communication from scheduling service all the way through picking up my vehicle. The service I was done and completed well before they had said it would be, allowing me to get some things done I didn't figure I'd be able to get to!

Terrible customer service. Brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation thru there quick lube side. Its Friday at 4:30 when I arrived I put in bay no one comes out to greet me. I finally walk inside with about 8 service writters standing around. They said there be out in minute ok. Two guys coming one in in training I asked do you have time for oil change and tire rotation they replied yes sir take about a hour and half ok no problem.
