Our service advisor, Pete Roshell, made an appointment, confirmed it, and was waiting for us when we arrived. During the work, he kept me informed and he responded quickly to my text messages. The work was delayed one day because the door molding piece was not really in stock, but arrived the next day. Pete and his techicians did excellant work and the car was returned nicely washed. This is why we have stayed with Grapevine Ford.
Pete Roshell is awesome as a service manager. He is prompt, kind, and thorough. He truly does value taking care of his customers. Some things such as wait time are out of his control.
Your outsourced answring service gets an F Its very damaging to your brandname! It was so bad, that I finally gave upand had to come into your dealership to make my appointment! But, once I got in, Pete in your service department is a 10. He is top tier! Thanks Pete!
